The List (Revisited)

So I’m making my half way post! Celebrate! I’m halfway through my year without lettuce! I’ve been through the good, the bad and the ugly! We’re half way there I’ve learned a lot about eating. Like corn and black beans will always cause a reaction, though it’s delayed. That while I make like beef eating it a couple days in a row is not a good idea.

An updated list:

  1. leafy greens
  2. raw broccoli
  3. raw carrots
  4. corn
  5. black beans
  6. blueberries
  7. coconut*
  8. pineapple

 

*Technically I’m allergic
