Gnocchi Recipe


2 medium potatoes

1 cup flour

1 egg


  1. In a medium pot place potatoes and boil until soft. Peel skin and rinse in cold water.
  2. Mash potatoes with potato ricer(or fork) in a medium/large bowl.
  3. Add egg and combine
  4. Add flour and combine (add more flour if dough is too sticky)
  5. Section dough and roll into “snakes” then cut into inch or half inch pieces.
  6. Cook pasta in boiling water for no more then four minutes or until they float to the top
