2 medium potatoes
1 cup flour
- In a medium pot place potatoes and boil until soft. Peel skin and rinse in cold water.
- Mash potatoes with potato ricer(or fork) in a medium/large bowl.
- Add egg and combine
- Add flour and combine (add more flour if dough is too sticky)
- Section dough and roll into “snakes” then cut into inch or half inch pieces.
- Cook pasta in boiling water for no more then four minutes or until they float to the top
