I like gnocchi. I made it home made at least once a year.Sometimes I bake the potato, sometimes I boil it. I started late so boiling the potato was faster– I also snacked on some cookies while waiting. Some recipes use oil or butter as a binding agent but I use egg. I also couldn’t get them to make the right shape with a fork so ignored that part.

Usually I have some pesto to go with it but not today. I used a marinara sauce with some cheese. It was super garlic-y which wasn’t bad but I wish I’d used vodka sauce instead. I have dough left over too, so maybe tomorrow I’ll make more!
