I made rice and beans. Which I probably should have had something else with it. I just can’t be bothered to cook meat that often- why I eat a lot of eggs and beans. I would have had steamed broccoli but that seemed like a bad idea.
I made yellow rice in my ricer. I added some extra spices to it. I prefer my rice to be firm and not soft. The beans I didn’t made at home, I opened a can and drained them. Then washed them. I wanted to add peppers and onions but I want to make sauce later in the week.
