I love oatmeal. I use to eat a bowl a day- until it lowered my cholesterol too much. Yeah, oatmeal works. So I stopped eating it so much. It’s one of my favorite go to for dinner or breakfast. I prefer to make it on the stove but making it in the microwave is also good.
In recent years I started adding raisins to my oatmeal. It was a nice addition. I like yellow raisins more but I’m not too picky. I also only use milk to make it- oatmeal made with water is weird to me. I also add cream and sugar. I like my oatmeal mushy too… I should post my recipe!
