Grilling It

I finally made grilled cheese. I grated sharp cheddar, I wanted a blend of sharp and extra sharp but I’m the only one in the house that likes extra sharp. I used potato bread and lots of butter. And my cast iron skillet. I thought about eating some of the leftover cornbread but I’ll save it for another day. As you can probably read by now I love carbs. Take away meat I’ll be fine, take away vegetables and I start a blog but take away my cheese or bread you’d have a riot.

It was super cold out so I also had hot chocolate while I watched Pride and Prejudice. It’s one of my favorite movies for cold nights. The Day After Tomorrow is my favorite for winter storms.
