If you’re reading this, awesome. I’ve started this blog to give myself a way to talk about my digestive health. I have several food intolerances. So I did some digging and found that if I abstain from eating these foods for at least a year I might be able to eat them again. So begins my year without the following:
- leafy greens
- fresh grapes
- fresh broccoli
So hopefully I’ll be able to stay away!
